How to get to Buenos Aires |
| When coming to Buenos Aires from out of Argentina, you will arrive in Ezeiza, an international airport, which is about 40 minutes from the city center. AndesDreams has the option of picking you up from the airport and taking you to the hotel. If you arrive in a domestic flight or you want to go to another province, there is another airport, called Jorge Newbery, which is about 10 minutes from the city center. We take care of the check in and out of the hotel and the arrival at the airport. |

| When Argentineans talk about dinning, it is a very important matter, and there are endless restaurante options in Buenos Aires. (In this culture it is very easy to stay hours enjoying a meal, and there are very late meals, many restaurants open at about 9:30 pm, though there are some that open earlier). The most common dish to ask for is “ASADO”, the traditional barbecue with the best beef quality. The ASADOS are a must when dinning at a restaurant as well as BIFE DE CHORIZO (beef steak) and EMPANADAS. A very important element at the dinning table is wine, and in Argentina there are excellent quality wines. ALFAJORES and DULCE DE LECHE, are also very traditional. It is not a very high temperature, but as the city is so urbanized, populated, and the weather is very humid the heat is very intense. Fall is a very beautiful season to visit Buenos Aires because all the tree leaves have a reddish color and the combination of colors is amazing. The temperature ranges from 10°C (50°F) to 21°C (70°F), which is almost perfect. In winter it is cold. The temperature ranges from 2°C (36°F) to 12°C (54°F). It never snows but it is cold anyway. Spring is the most beautiful season of all. The temperature ranges between the 13°C (55°F) and the 25°C (77°F), which is great temperature to enjoy all the activities Buenos Aires offers. And the color combination is also spectacular, the flowers and different trees create an extraordinary landscape. |
