This is one of the three most important Chilean wineries. Founded in 1880 by Domingo Fernández Concha, a well-known businessman , in the same piece of land of Alto Jahuel, where the main headquarters of the Company are located today. Its founder planted French varieties in the privileged land of Rio Maipo Valley, which, added to the hiring of French winemakers, made him produce wines with techniques and results a lot higher than the traditionally ones. It has wineries in Chile and Argentina. The winery is surrounded by a beautiful 39-hectare French yard, Doña Paula Restaurant, and the luxurious Casa Real Hotel, almost 200 years old.
