| The main touristy attractions of Jujuy are museums, archeological sites, thermal baths, and the Humahuaca Gorge. This is, undoubtedly, one of the favorite trips, due to the incredible beauty of the landscape, surrounded by mountains, and the combination of modern buildings with stone clay houses, the narrow paving streets, the land with changing colors, and the old colonial-like street lights. The cave paintings scattered throughout the Jujuy region as well as the typical parties that are constantly held are some of the signs of the prehispanic presence in Jujuy.
